Academic background
Contemporary history professor at the Faculty of Arts and Humanities, University Moulay Ismail in Meknes in 1986, he followed his university studies at the University Mohammed I, Oujda. Visiting professor at the University Autonoma of Madrid in 2006, he has also provided instruction at the Faculty of Juridical Sciences, social and economic of Rabat.
Current Research
Historian of Spanish colonization in Morocco, he has participated in numerous conferences regarding the relations between Morocco and Europe. The presence of the Spaniards, Spanish exiles, municipal officials, urban policy and migration have been very interested. Note, for example: "The Spanish protectorate in Morocco between fraternalism and colonialism: a study on the particularities of Spanish colonialism" in The Journal of the History Maghreb in 2005, or "Considerations on the specificity of Spanish colonialism in Morocco", published Hafriat Maghribiya in 2004
